Warranty Terms & Conditions
From the date the product is sold and delivered to an end customer, UltiMaker warrants the product is free from defects in material, design, and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months. Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim warranty and the warranty period is limited to their lifetime.
Any warranty claims must be made before the end of the warranty period, include the original invoice, and the serial number must still be on the Product. The Product may only be returned in the original packaging.
The customer may claim the rights to which they are entitled under the warranty without prejudice to their rights or claims in accordance with the law.
The instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance in the user manual must be followed. The use of third-party materials, software, or accessories does not void the general warranty, but is at the user’s own risk; any parts of the machine damaged by a third-party product are excluded from warranty.
The UltiMaker warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by improper use, accidents, or other events outside of UltiMaker’s control. In any event, UltiMaker’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the Product.

If an extended warranty or enhanced service plan is purchased for an UltiMaker product, the standard warranty is extended with 12 or 24 months. Please see the terms and conditions in the service plan. Enhanced Service Plans (ESP) do not cover add-ons such as the Air Manager or Material Station.
UltiMaker does not offer an additional warranty policy on spare parts or repairs. If a part of the Product is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period still remaining for the entire Product will apply to this part, but the warranty period is not extended. However, always notify UltiMaker and/or the reseller in case of out-of-box quality problems with received spare parts.
This warranty is not transferable.
INKCARTS PTE LTD does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product. Product performance is affected by system configuration, software, applications, and your data and operator control of the system, among other factors. While the Product is considered to be compatible with many systems, it is your responsibility to determine compatibility and integration of the Product with other systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the warranty expressly provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty provided in connection with the Product and no other warranties, representations, endorsements or conditions of any kind, whether oral, written, express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects, are provided. In so far as any warranties cannot be excluded, such warranties shall be limited to the terms of this warranty and for the Warranty Period expressed herein.
The warranty holder is responsible for all transportation costs.
Guarantee period will not be extended due to repair or replacement.
In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right for final judgement and decision.
